Discussion

A potent storm will ride up the east coast over the next couple of days spreading rain our way later tonight and tomorrow. Some of the rain will be heavy at times and thunderstorms can be mixed in during the day on Wednesday. This storm has the potential to dump significant rain on the area with 1-3 inches of rainfall likely throughout the Mid-Atlantic. The overall weather pattern will remain unsettled on Thursday and Friday, but generally dry and cool weather is expected for the weekend.
