Discussion

Once again cold air will be short-lived around here as we’ll start a new warming trend this weekend following today’s chill. Despite plenty of sunshine today temperatures will be confined to the 40’s, but then should surpass 50 degrees on Saturday and tickle the 60 degree mark on Sunday afternoon. The weather becomes unsettled early next week with the threat for showers on Monday and Tuesday. Elsewhere, heavy snow will accumulate over the next two days from the Pacific Northwest and the northern Rockies to the Northern Plains as the first widespread snowstorm of the season affects that part of the country.
