Discussion
Low pressure will move across the region this morning and will sweep a cold front to the east coast by the afternoon. The rain is just generally over this morning, but there can be a few more showers today - even some that come down briefly hard. Drier air moves in later today and tonight on strengthening W-NW winds. Rainfall amounts from this storm surpassed two inches around the Philly metro region with flash flooding a problem in many spots. Sunshine returns on Thursday and the dry weather will continue right through the weekend and temperatures will generally be quite pleasant for this time of year. Another system could affect us with some rain activity early next week and it could become a major rain event.
