6-Day Forecast

Cloudy with wind-driven morning rain that will be heavy at times, a thunderstorm can be mixed in, afternoon clearing is likely along with very windy (gusts past 40 mph) and mild conditions; however, temperatures will drop slowly later this afternoon from morning highs in the low 60's

Partly cloudy, breezy and colder, low 30’s

Mostly sunny, still pretty mild, near 50

Saturday Night

Partly cloudy, cold, near 30

Mostly sunny early, clouds late, cooler, mid 40’s; snow showers possible at night

Partly cloudy, cold, near 40

Partly sunny, milder, near 50

Mostly cloudy, showers possible, mild, low 50’s

Low pressure sliding by to our west is swinging a cold front through the region this morning and heavy showers and possible thunderstorms will accompany the frontal passage. The rain will clear out of here during the mid-day and the afternoon will feature some sunshine along with wind gusts past 30 mph. Temperatures may slowly drop this afternoon after mild readings near 60 in the morning. Weak high pressure will build into the region early this weekend, but a weak frontal passage Saturday night will usher in somewhat cooler air for Sunday. A stronger front and upper level disturbance will pass through Sunday night and Monday, and that system may be accompanied by snow showers. Temperatures on Monday will struggle to reach 40 degrees. A warming trend begins on Tuesday, but it will be cut off by another cold frontal passage on Wednesday.
