Discussion

It looks like the first “unofficial” weekend of summer will live up to its billing with very warm and humid conditions thanks to a large high pressure ridge that is setting up in the eastern states. Temperatures should climb into the 80’s on both weekend days after another somewhat unsettled day closes out the work week. Once again, showers and thunderstorms cannot be completely ruled out for today, and that daily threat for a shower or thunderstorm will continue through early next week although much of time will be rain-free.
