Discussion

Very hot conditions are in store for the next couple of days with highs temperatures expected in the 90’s today and not all that far from 100 degrees for Saturday’s high. The good news, however, is that there is some noticeable relief in sight. A frontal system will approach the region on Saturday night and it should drop slowly southward through the area by early next week. This frontal passage will cause a change in air masses and high temperatures are likely to hold in the 80’s during much of next week.
