Weather forecasting and analysis, space and historic events, climate information

7:00 AM | Nice stretch of weather continues through the weekend, but our rain chances will increase early next week

Paul Dorian

6-Day Forecast

Mostly sunny, pleasant, near 80 degrees for afternoon highs

Mostly clear, cool, mid-to-upper 50’s for lows

Mostly sunny, comfortably warm, low 80’s

Friday Night

Partly cloudy, not as cool, maybe a shower, low 60’s

Mostly sunny, pleasant, upper 70's

Mostly sunny, nice, upper 70’s

Partly sunny, still comfortable, mid-to-upper 70’s

Mostly cloudy, cool, showers likely, mid 70’s

High pressure will gradually slide to the east over the next couple of days and a weak cool front will head our way from the Midwest. That front could generate a shower or two Friday night, but new high pressure will build in for the weekend. Beyond that, it looks like our weather pattern will get wetter again as moisture creeps up the east coast and increases our chances for rain by late Monday and Tuesday. A strong cool front will continue the chances for showers next Wednesday and that will usher in more cool air for the end of next week.
