6-Day NYC Forecast

Mainly cloudy, mild, light rain or drizzle at times, highs in the low-to-mid 50's

Mainly cloudy, mild, showers likely, patchy fog possible, lows near 50 degrees

Mainly cloudy, still mild, showers likely in the morning, becoming windy during the late afternoon hours with possible late day clearing, near 60 degrees for highs

Friday Night

Partly cloudy, breezy, turning colder, mid-to-upper 30’s for overnight lows

Mainly sunny, a bit cooler, mid 50’s

Chance for an early morning rain or snow shower; otherwise, partly sunny skies, cool, lower 50’s

Partly sunny, chilly, upper 40’s

Mainly cloudy, chilly, chance of shwoers, lower 50's

The next two days will feature the mildest conditions we’ve seen in awhile around here with highs in the mid 50’s this afternoon and likely near 60 degrees on Friday. A cold front will slide through later tomorrow and there will be occasional showers tonight and for the first half of Friday. Cooler air moves into the region for Saturday and another frontal system could produce a rain or snow shower here on Sunday morning. One final note, the Mets open up at home this afternoon and temperatures should reach the mid 50's, but there will be the threat for light rain or drizzle.
