Friday Night

Mainly sunny, a bit cooler, mid 50’s

An early morning rain or snow shower possible; otherwise, partly sunny skies, chilly, near 50 degrees for highs

Partly sunny, chilly, chance of a couple of rain and/or snow showers, mid-to-upper 40’s

Partly sunny, chilly, lower 50's

The warmest weather in weeks will arrive today and it'll continue into Friday following the passage of a warm frontal system. It may be a struggle, but afternoon temperatures should reach the 60 degree mark; especially, across southern sections of the Philly metro region, and it'll stay quite mild early Friday just ahead of a cold frontal system. That cold front will slide through the region by mid-day and the afternoon could see some clearing skies as winds pick up following morning showers. Cooler air moves into the region for Saturday and then another frontal system could produce a rain or snow shower around here on Sunday morning. One final note, the Phillies open up this afternoon in Atlanta and temperatures could reach 75 degrees, but there will be a threat for showers and thunderstorms.
