Discussion
A strong upper-level ridge of high pressure will build into the region early this week from the Northern Plains. This system will lead to rather seasonable conditions in the Tennessee Valley and a generally quiet weather pattern for the first half of the week. Later in the week, surface high pressure will move to the east allowing for a return flow of more humid air and an increase chance for showers.
