Discussion

The work week will end on a positive note, but the weather pattern becomes unsettled this weekend and stays quite unsettled for the first half of next week. A frontal system is sliding through the region and will stall out to our south over the weekend. The closeness of this stalled out front will increase chances here for showers and thunderstorms this weekend and that threat will continue early next week. In addition, onshore winds will increase in intensity by early next week gusts to 20 mph likely on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
