2:20PM Update - Scattered strong storms headed towards SE PA

Scattered strong thunderstorms have formed throughout southern Pennsylvania and will move eastward over the next few hours affecting many parts of the Philadelphia metropolitan region.  Some of these storms contain heavy rain and strong winds and will dump a lot of rain in a short time.  One such storm is closing in on the Valley Forge region and other storms will threaten all of the local counties for the next few hours.
