Discussion

Much of the coastal region should remain rain-free again today as dry air in the upper atmosphere limits convection in eastern sections of Florida; however, some inland areas can experience thunderstorm activity later in the day. A southerly flow of air will develop tomorrow across all areas and this will tap some moist air bringing back the threat of daily showers and thunderstorms for central Florida both this weekend and early next week.
