Discussion
High pressure will remain entrenched across the area on Friday and Saturday and temperatures will bounce back to near 90 degrees by Saturday afternoon after a rather comfortable end to the work week. As the high pushes to the east of here on Sunday, our low-level winds will take on more of a southwesterly direction and pump in more moisture. The added moisture will combine with multiple short waves during the early and middle parts of next week to bring back a daily threat for showers and thunderstorms.
