Discussion

A cool front will arrive this evening and its passage will usher in big changes for the second half of the work week. After another day with unusual warmth and humidity and nothing more than an isolated shower, NW breezes will kick in later today and tonight and this new flow of air will bring noticeably lower temperatures and humidity values to the Mid-Atlantic region over the next 24 hours. In fact, it is quite likely that overnight low temperatures drop into the mid 40’s by the time early Thursday morning rolls around in suburban locations. Clouds will increase on Friday and the weekend is looking somewhat unsettled.
